Passenger and Tag-a-long Tours - Terms and Conditions
Get Lost 4wd Tours (GLT) will make every effort and use its best endeavours to operate all tours according to itineraries and timetables advertised. As so many things are beyond GLT's control, such as weather, road conditions/closures, bush fires, acts of god etc., GLT will not guarantee arrival and departure times or tour itineraries. In the event that a tour is cancelled by GLT, prior to commencement, GLT will refund all monies paid, in full.
As there can be an amount of physical effort involved to gain appreciation of the best vistas provided, GLT advises that a reasonable level of health and fitness is required to participate in any of its tours.
Participants should carry with them any required medication.
GLT reserves the right to take whatever action as GLT, its servants and/or agents deem necessary for the provision of medical services to any participant. This action may involve, but will not be limited to, initial first aid, the attendance to the participant by a nurse or doctor, evacuation of participant by air or road, and any hospital service that might be required.
GLT advises that any costs incurred as a result of the above actions will be born by the participant.
GLT will not be held responsible for, or accept any liability for any injury or death to any participant however caused. GLT will not be held responsible for, or accept any liability for any loss or damage to any property or possession belonging to any participant.
GLT strongly suggests that all participants purchase suitable travel insurance, including cancellation cover prior to undertaking any tour.
GLT insists that all participants must observe all safety and other instructions given by tour leaders throughout the duration of the tour.
